Purchasing

Purchaser reserves the right to cancel this order if receiving date specified is not complied with and acknowledged by the seller. All products must be new in original package unless otherwise specified.
All products must comply with Purchase Order (Qty, Cost, Date Codes, Terms and Shipping Method) Seller shall properly mark each package Purchase Order numbers on out side of boxes.
Purchase Orders not complying with these requirements to cancellation or return at Purchaser’s discretion.

When responses to issues are requested, please reply in the ECI format to support and maintain your “Approved Vendor” status.

Product Returns

Any product returns shall be subject to compliance with the sellers return merchandise authorization (RMA) policies and procedures, as charges.All orders are considered NCNR. Any claims on product must be made within 30 days of delivery. All returns must returned in the original packaging, and conform with minimum package quantity (MPQ) requirements. No returns will be accepted due to electrical failure unless accompanied by a test report from an independent test house.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
